LOMG MEETINGS
The London Obstetric Medicine Group is a forum for healthcare professionals originally in and around London who share a passion for managing medical problems in pregnancy. Currently coordinated by Dr Harry Gibson.
For further details and to join the LOMG mailing list or more information, find them on Twitter @LondonObsMed or contact Harry Gibson directly.
Please note from March 2023, we will not be sharing the registration link on this website – only the date, time and venue.
If you would like to register but do not already receive a registration link via email, please contact Dr Harry Gibson via Twitter @LondonObsMed to be added to the mailing list.
Next Meeting:
Next LOMG Meeting – NE London Maternal Medicine Network
Date: Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 18:00 BST
Venue: Royal London Hospital (further directions on registration page)
This will be a hybrid meeting taking place in person and broadcast on MS Teams
Meeting Registration:
– Instructions for virtual attendance will be sent to you automatically having registered.
– If you are having trouble with the registration link, please try copying it and pasting into a private browser window. NHSmail automatically adds a safelink protection which interferes with links clicked directly out of emails. Furthermore, browser cookies sometimes create a redirect loop which goes nowhere. For more help click here.
– If logging into the meeting as a guest (ie without using your nhs.net ID) then please use your full name. If we cannot verify attendees waiting in the meeting lobby they will not be admitted to the meeting! If you are attempting to enter the meeting, and are repeatedly denied entry, this is the reason.

Exeltis sponsorship – Xonvea
We thank Exeltis, the UK marketer for Xonvea (doxylamine/pyridoxine), who are kindly sponsoring LOMG for this year, and to Professor Nelson-Piercy for arranging this. LOMG runs with no budget: without sponsorship, any refreshments at physical meetings are provided at personal cost by the organisers.
Xonvea is a licensed therapy for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy and many Trusts and CCGs around the country are now adding it to their formularies. For more information about Xonvea, and how to provide it for your patients, please contact Bina Chaeger
